1-1 Classes

Thought about doing yoga but don’t like the thought of going to group classes? Private yoga in the comfort of your own home can be a great introduction to the practise without the pressure of needing to know whats going on in a face paces environment. Or perhaps you would just like to further your knowledge.

I personalise in building strength and flexibility to help deepen awareness of your own bodies capabilities.

FAQ’s with 1-1 Classes

What can I expect from a private yoga class?
Firstly, we’ll sit down to go through your history of injury, this is so I can create classes personalised for your specific needs – building back or gaining strength in areas you feel need some support.

Our first class together will work as an exploration session, a get to know you if you will, so I can see where I think I can add value to your practise. Going forward we can work out together what we think will work best during the class – strength, flexibility, philosophy, mindfulness or perhaps a mixture of all of the above! We will always finish the class with a savasana, allowing you to settle before heading off to start, continue or finish your day!

Can you travel to my house?
Yup, we can work together on a time and place that is suitable for you. I currently don’t take bookings at my house – I think my cats Jasper and Pablo would be too much of a distraction haha!


Taster class = £45

On going price will be discussed post taster class and will vary depending on location and time – I’m very open to arrange block booking discounts too!


I am doing private classes with Eithne for nearly 6 months now and I can’t believe how much my practice changed. I feel stronger, braver and more in tune with my body. Going to Yoga classes for nearly 4 years now in different studios I met Eithne while she was doing a cover at More Yoga. It took just that one class for me to contact her for private lessons – which tells everything. Her way of teaching is so amazing and unique – I directly loved how she build in challenging practices and little surprises but also mindfulness and love. You can directly tell how passionate she is about yoga.My goal is it to be stronger, believe in myself, listen to my body and get into a more advanced practice. Eithne listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored a class plan for me. I enjoy every practice with her and she tailors every class amazingly to what I need in the day. I fully trust her with everything, every sequence is unique and fun, but totally non judgmental and positive. She is the most amazing teacher and I can’t wait to continue the journey with her together.
